Creating calm, connected and deeply engaging learning environments, where both children and educators thrive.
Our Approach
The Art of Joyful Early Learning Practice
At Creative Ways Collective, we believe in the art of joyful early learning - creating calm, connected environments where children and educators can flourish.
Our work is grounded in the understanding that when children feel secure, supported and genuinely understood, their curiosity, creativity and capacity for deep thinking can unfold.
We support educators to move beyond busy, surface-level experiences and towards thoughtful practice that values connection, invites inquiry and honours children as capable learners.
Our Philosophy
We believe the most powerful learning happens when educators have the time, space and confidence to slow down, notice children deeply and create environments that invite curiosity, connection and wonder.
With more than 20 years of experience across early childhood settings in Australia, the UK and Asia, Bec and Jen bring a rich understanding of children, classrooms and the everyday realities of early learning.
As current Pre-Kindy and Kindy teachers, they are immersed in the work they share. Their professional learning is shaped by real experiences with children, thoughtful reflection and a genuine understanding of what is both meaningful and achievable in everyday practice.
Drawing on their backgrounds in inquiry learning and Forest School, Bec and Jen create experiences that support educators to design thoughtful environments where children feel settled, connected and ready to explore, discover and think deeply.
At the heart of Creative Ways Collective is a belief in the art of joyful early learning - where curiosity is nurtured, children's capabilities are recognised and educators feel supported to create experiences that truly matter.
